Conveniently located in Fernley, near Reno, Nevada, Mustang Range & Firearms Training Center (MR&FTC) is central to the western United States, is served by an international airport, and is close to numerous entertainment and lodging choices.
MR&FTC is available for Nevada CCW classes, affordable private shoots and sponsors annual public Machine Gun Shoots. See the Instructional Resource and Machine Gun Shoot section for details on classes and upcoming shoots.
In addition, MR&FTC hosts LMS Defense, Inc. at its Mustang Range Facility. LMS Defense conducts civilian, law enforcement and military tactical training operations at the Mustang Range 30 acre facility.
Mustang Range is equipped with rifle ranges, SIMS, live fire shoot houses and pistol ranges and specialized facilities for military combat training. MR&FTC is close to other training facilities that enable MR&FTC to be the host facility for programs that provide training in multiple disciplines. As a result, LMS Defense is able to offer police EVOC training, basic and advanced SWAT schools with live fire shoot houses and integrated force options training with the SIMS house. It is unusual to find locations that have the breadth of training facilities that Mustang Range offers so that LMS Defense may conduct its training classes.
